Refunds policy

PET PORTRIATS & COMMISSIONS:

If you've purchased a pet portrait or commission you may request a refund by contacting me here. Pet portraits and commissions are 100% refundable for the first 24 hours after purchase. After that you can still inquire about a refund/cancelation, and as long as I have not already started working on your order I'll happily refund the full amount. If I've already started work on your project and you change your mind I can refund a portion, up to 75%, but not the full amount. This protects me and helps to cover any labor or materials. Once your pet portrait or commission is delivered there are no refunds.

ONLINE SHOP ORDERS:
All sales are final on all online shop orders.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS:

In the rare case that a package is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact me immediately and I'll work with you to find a solution.
